The Bond of the Heart

“Transformation is not magic—
but the acceptance of one another’s true selves.”

A Puffling cannot transform into a human form through its own power alone. Transformation can only occur when a Puffling and a Seeker form a complete bond.

That bond is forged through:

Feelings
Acceptance
And a Heart Crystal

The Heart Crystal is a crystal freely given by a Puffling to a Seeker.
Normally, it is nothing more than a beautiful heart-shaped crystal, a manifestation of the Puffling’s feelings toward someone.

However, when a True Bond is formed, the Heart Crystal releases a dormant power, One that allows the Puffling to transform.

Even so,
There is no right or wrong reason for a bond to exist.
Each bond is defined solely by the story of that pair.

Quest 1: The Bond You Made
Objective:
Write the reason for your bond
“No one can define your bond but you.”

Details:
The player must create a heartwarming memo page explaining why this Puffling chose to bond with this Seeker. Use the provided template and feel free to decorate it however you like!

Their reason may be:

Helping each other in times of hardship
Traveling together
An understanding without words
Or even a promise that was never spoken aloud
etc.

Requirements:

Explanation or reason for your bond
(Optional) Use the Default Heartbound Crystal or design your own Heartbound Crystal to attach to the Memo Page

Quest 2: Design your Puff Humanoid Form

Objective: Design your Puff Humanoid Form

Requirements:

Design must be approved and updated on the masterlist before you can submit it to this quest (You can submit for approval in >>#myo-submission<<)
The Puff design must include clear visual connections so it is recognizable as the same character, and must follow the >>Humanoid Puff guidelines<<

Quest 3: Moment of Heart

Objective: Draw or write a moment tied to the transformation

Details:
Draw or write any meaningful moment related to the bond, such as:

The moment that caused the Puffling to bond with you
The transformation itself
Or the first time you meet after the transformation, in the new form
etc.

Art Requirements:

At least one full-body Puffling
Simple background (can be minimal, but should set the scene!)

Writing Requirements:

Minimum 500 words
Feature at least one Puffling

Participation Rules:

You must own at least 1 Puff.
Your Puffling must be bonded to a Seeker
Your Puffling Relationship Point(RP) must reach 50
You must own 1 Heartbound Crystal. Completing the ‘Bond of Heart’ quest will consume 1 Crystal.
