Water

Allows Puff’s body part to be imbued with Water element and emit small Bubble particle effects around the imbued part.

This is not a full transformation into that element.
The original shape of the body part must remain unchanged.
Color changes are allowed, but elements cannot be mixed or have their properties altered (for example, fire cannot be changed into cold fire).

Exception – Tail Tip:
The tip of the tail may be fully transformed into the element itself.

For the Water element, the tail tip can be fully transformed into bubble.
But the original shape of the tip must still remain.
