Light

Allows Puff’s body part to be imbued with Light element, emit soft glow and small Star particle effects around the imbued part.
Tail tip can be a Star shape.

This is not a full transformation into that element.
The original shape of the body part must remain unchanged.
Color changes is allowed as long as the general hue remains Yellow up to white.
Color changes are allowed, but elements cannot be mixed or have their properties altered (for example, fire cannot be changed into cold fire)
